Please park at the off-site parking lot at Stevens Creek Quarry in order to take the Luxury Shuttle to Camp.
Please plan to take the shuttle as close to 2pm as possible for the maximum VBX@VW Fundraising Experience!
*Only Director Level sponsors will receive door-to-door service.

Take the Shuttle to Camp. Check In ahead of time online, or in the Main Lodge.

LOWER CAMP: Mission-centered Activity Stations with Food Pairing during Welcome Hour.
2:30 PM
UPPER CAMP: Sit down program with Live Auction & Paddle Raise. Click here to Preview Items Now!
4:00 PM
5:00 PM
UPPER CAMP: End of Program. Shuttle service runs continously.
6:00 PM
Last shuttle ride is at 6:00pm.
SAFETY

Walking surfaces may be uneven, so please wear appropriate, supportive footwear.

VBX Ambassadors are available to assist guests for walking safety. Please ask about this service at Check In.

While we wish we could control the weather, it may be both warm and cool, so hats, sunscreen and layers are encouraged!

We also take care to deter bees and wasps, but please note the outdoor environment and be prepared.
