The Via Ball Experience at Via West is a premiere fundraising event on location at Via West Camp in Cupertino, CA. By purchasing a ticket or sponsorship, or becoming an underwriter you help send a child to camp while supporting individuals with disabilities and special needs.

DIRECTOR
-Door-to-door round trip Limo service from one location to Via West for (16)!
-Welcome cocktail/mocktail upon arrival.
-Private camp tour with CEO and Leadership Team.
-VIP Lounge at Lower Camp.
- Group activities with paired food stations.
-Glamp Seating at Upper Camp with personal bartender, waitstaff, hand-crafted charcuterie and custom picnic basket with food for (16).
Pick up time is at 1:00pm on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022.
COUNSELOR
-Welcome cocktail/mocktail upon arrival
-Group activities with paired food stations.
-Glamp Seating at Upper Camp with hand-crafted charcuterie for (8) guests.
-Includes round-trip transportation from the main off-site parking lot to Via West. Shuttle runs from 2:00-3:30pm and resumes from 5:00-6:00pm.
